We are looking for an experienced FOH professional to join our small restaurant team in Daylesford.

This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys restaurant service and is looking for a long-term position where they can grow and take on more responsibility.

We are looking for someone who can:
• Confidently run their own section
• Provide polished table service
• Carry three plates and confidently use a drinks tray
• Communicate well with guests
• Learn a detailed food and wine offering
• Work calmly in a small team
• Be available for both lunch and dinner services, including weekends

Previous experience in a quality restaurant or fine-dining environment is strongly preferred.

• $65,000–$72,000 + super, depending on experience
