JOB DESCRIPTION

Cocktail Bartenders will:

  • Confidently craft classic and contemporary cocktails using premium spirits and fresh ingredients.

  • Showcase advanced bartending techniques, including flair, speed, and precise presentation.

  • Engage with guests through knowledgeable recommendations, upselling, and creating memorable experiences.

  • Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bars while supporting a team-focused environment.

  • Contribute to a high-energy, premium hospitality environment where service standards are consistently elevated.
     

Waitstaff will:

  • Deliver seamless, attentive table service in busy, premium dining settings.

  • Confidently manage multiple tables, ensuring smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain high standards of presentation and service.

  • Personalize guest experiences through genuine engagement and strong product knowledge.

  • Uphold a polished, professional appearance in line with premium venue expectations.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experienced hospitality professional with proven success in premium Australian venues.

  • Passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.

  • Able to perform under pressure while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor.

  • Team player with flexibility to work across multiple venues and adapt to varied service requirements.

  • Committed to continuous learning, skill development, and career progression in hospitality.

Essential:

  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in premium hospitality roles (bartending or waitstaff).

  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.

  • Exceptional grooming and professional presentation at all times.

  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and fine dining service standards.

  • Excellent communication in English and customer service skills.

  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
     

Desirable / Additional:

  • Previous experience in high-volume, multi-venue operations.

  • Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairing.

  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments while maintaining quality.

  • Proactive attitude, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training and career development programs.
