Essential:
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in premium hospitality roles (bartending or waitstaff).
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
Exceptional grooming and professional presentation at all times.
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and fine dining service standards.
Excellent communication in English and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Desirable / Additional:
Previous experience in high-volume, multi-venue operations.
Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairing.
