We're looking for experienced bartenders to join the team at Café del Mar Sydney, one of Darling Harbour's premier rooftop venues overlooking the waterfront.

You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining strong service standards and attention to detail.

What you bring:

• Minimum 2-3 years bartending experience
• Strong cocktail knowledge
• Current NSW RSA
• Positive attitude & professional presentation
• Availability across nights and weekends

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, pub, or premium venue
• Current NSW RSA (essential)
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine & beer
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
• Professional presentation and grooming standards
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Available to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from management
• Valid Australian working rights

Preferred:

• Experience with tray service and large functions/events
• Experience in premium dining, cocktail bars, or rooftop venues
• Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
