We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join the team.

This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their coffee, has strong latte art and milk texturing skills, and can confidently deliver consistent, high-quality coffee during both quiet and high-volume service periods.

Our environment can shift quickly from very relaxed to extremely busy, so we’re looking for someone who remains calm, organised, and focused under pressure, while maintaining a friendly and professional personality with guests and the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality espresso-based coffee and beverages

• Demonstrate strong latte art and milk texturing techniques

• Maintain speed, consistency, and organisation during busy service periods

• Provide friendly and engaging customer service

• Keep the coffee station clean, stocked, and well organised

• Stay proactive during quieter periods by cleaning, restocking, and maintaining the workspace

About You

• Previous barista experience required

• Strong knowledge of coffee types, extraction, and milk techniques

• Confident producing latte art consistently

• Able to work efficiently in high-volume service

• Calm, positive, and professional under pressure

• Self-motivated and proactive when service is slow

• A team player with a great attitude and personality
