We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Baristas / Cafe All-Rounders to join our friendly team.

The ideal candidates will have strong espresso coffee skills, be confident working with a commercial espresso machine, and be able to work efficiently during busy service periods. You should be friendly, reliable, and comfortable helping with general cafe duties when required.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages
• Milk texturing and maintaining consistency during busy service periods
• Taking customer orders and processing POS transactions
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service
• Assisting with food service and general cafe duties when required
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Restocking the coffee station and other service areas as required
• Working effectively as part of the team during busy periods

• More than 2 years of experience as a barista in a busy cafe environment
• Strong espresso coffee-making and milk texturing skills
• Confident using a commercial espresso machine and grinder
• Ability to prepare multiple coffee orders efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Good availability across weekdays and weekends
