Multiple Locations Chermside, Stafford & Mitchelton

We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and ambitious Baristas / Café All-Rounders to join our busy, high-volume cafés across Chermside, Stafford and Mitchelton.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced barista, who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term career progression.

About the Role

As a Barista / All-Rounder, you will play an important role in delivering an excellent experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing high-quality coffees and beverages
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Taking orders and handling cash and EFTPOS transactions
• Table service and general café and cleaning duties
• Food preparation and BOH duties
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Supporting your team across all areas of the café

This is a casual position, with up to approximately 38 hours per week available for the right candidate.

Juniors with at least 1 year of experience are welcome to apply. Junior rates of pay will apply.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a minimum of 2 years' barista experience
• Has recently worked in a high-volume café environment
• Is willing to learn and work across all areas of the café
• Has excellent communication skills
• Can remain calm under pressure
• Can work additional shifts or cover shifts at short notice
• Lives locally or within a reasonable commuting distance of Brisbane's Northside
• Is passionate about hospitality and wants to build a long-term career
• Is interested in progressing towards a Shift Supervisor position

Availability Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have full availability between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Sunday
• Be available to work within a 7-day roster, which would be including weekends and public holidays
• Be available to start immediately

Flexibility is essential, particularly during weekends, public holidays and busy trading periods.

Store trading hours

• Monday to Sunday 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Thursday 8:00am to 9:00pm

• Has a minimum of 2 years' barista experience
• Has recently worked in a high-volume café environment
• Have full availability between 7:30am and 6:00pm, Monday to Sunday
• Be available to work within a 7-day roster, which would be including weekends and public holidays
• Be available to start immediately
• Be able to work at multiple locations
