KUMO is an established Japanese restaurant housed in a magnificent mid-century building, opens for dinner Tue-Sun and situated in the lively food and bar scene of Lygon Street Brunswick East.
We are looking for experienced Bar staff / supervisor who excel in taking ownership of their section to deliver superior and timely beverages to patrons. Hours and shifts are flexible but do include most Friday and Saturday nights.
You are confident, highly experienced in all aspects of bar work, and enjoy a fast, dynamic environment with a pulse. You have an appreciation of Asian cuisine, are familiar with state-of-the-art POS systems and enjoy being part of the broader FOH team to provide exceptional experiences to our patrons.
You have initiative and drive, like to get things done, and appreciate the that FOH always works best as a cohesive team.
