JOB DESCRIPTION

Pincho Disco is looking for an experienced and energetic Full Time Duty Manager to join our team. Located in the heart of Collingwood, Pincho Disco is a vibrant Latin-inspired venue known for bold flavours, great drinks, and high-energy service.

As Duty Manager, you will play a key role in leading service, supporting the Venue Manager, and ensuring the venue delivers exceptional guest experiences every shift. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing service flow, maintaining compliance, and upholding the high standards expected within the Kickon Group.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, leads from the front, and is passionate about hospitality, team culture, and delivering memorable experiences.

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or Duty Manager role

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to run busy services and manage teams confidently

  • A passion for hospitality and guest experience

  • Current RSA and full working rights in Australia

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor, or Team Leader in a busy bar, restaurant, or late-night venue

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to run shifts independently and manage service flow in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

  • Confident handling cash management, POS systems, and end-of-day procedures

  • Strong understanding of RSA compliance and responsible service of alcohol

  • Ability to train, support and motivate staff during service

  • High attention to venue presentation, cleanliness and operational standards

  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and public holidays

  • Current RSA certificate (Victoria)

  • Full working rights in Australia

  • Experience with high-volume cocktail or bar environments (preferred but not essential)
