We are Seeking motivated experienced Duty Managers to join the Kingswood Hotel. Learn the "ropes" here and your future possibilities are endless. Run this venue with the support and backing of your peers, with autonomy and authority to drive it to the next level.
If you're an experienced Duty manager ready to take the next step and show that you've got what it takes this is the opportunity for you.
This position requires a candidate with a combination of experience and enthusiasm to grow and create an enviable venue.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
All candidates will need;
Experience managing staff budgets and wages
- Wagering & Beverage service, understanding, experience and passion!
- Superior Gaming ability and knowledge, both systems and procedures and creating the right ambiance, atmosphere and service levels
- Sound regulatory understanding and the ability to engage in constructive dialogue with licensing, council and OLGR.
- Time management skills and computer proficiency, MS Office and a working knowledge of POS systems.
