This position requires a candidate with a combination of experience and enthusiasm to grow and create an enviable venue.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
All candidates will need;
Experience managing staff budgets and wages
- Wagering & Beverage service, understanding, experience and passion!
- Superior Gaming ability and knowledge, both systems and procedures and creating the right ambiance, atmosphere and service levels
- Sound regulatory understanding and the ability to engage in constructive dialogue with licensing, council and OLGR.
- Time management skills and computer proficiency, MS Office and a working knowledge of POS systems.
