JOB DESCRIPTION

Part-Time Duty Senior Hospitality Supervisor / Assistant Manager

Senior Duty Manager / Assistant Manager (Part-Time)

Minimum 3 years experience as a Senior Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Hospitality Manager.

Applicants must have proven experience independently managing a busy hospitality venue.

This is a senior leadership position and is not suitable for junior supervisors or candidates without management experience.

Experience leading, training and mentoring staff is essential.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills are required.

Experience with opening and closing procedures is essential.

Experience with staff supervision, customer service and daily venue operations is required.

Current NSW RSA certificate required.

Friday and Saturday availability is essential.

Additional weekday shifts can be arranged based on your availability.

Reliable, organised and professional.

Must provide at least two recent hospitality management references, including contact details for previous employers.

Reference checks with previous employers will be conducted before any offer of employment is made.

We are looking for an experienced Part-Time Duty Manager / Assistant Manager to join our team.

 

About the role:

 

• Part-Time position

• 20–25 hours per week

• Friday and Saturday availability is essential

• Additional weekday shifts can be selected based on your availability

• Fixed roster available for the right candidate

 

Requirements:

 

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Manager or Hospitality Supervisor

• Ability to confidently run a busy service independently

• Experience leading, training and supporting staff

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Experience with opening and closing procedures

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Reliable, professional and team-focused
