Job Description
Position: We are looking for friendly experienced bartenders who re passionate about the industry and excited by new projects, passionate about craft beer, cocktails and great food. Good craft beer knowledge and solid cocktail skills desirable. This is a multi-leveled pub with a 24 tap craft beer bar downstairs, The Lounge Bar on middle level and a Palm Springs inspired and cocktail focused The Rooftop Bar on the top floor.

Quarrymans' is one of the biggest craft beer pubs in Sydney and has been committed to promoting Australian craft beers since 2013. Located in Pyrmont, near Darling Harbour and The Star. Clientele: corporate & locals
Requirement: Must have RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain one). Basic craft beer knowledge & cocktail classics
