The Opportunity
We’re seeking multiple passionate Casual Cocktail Bartender to join our energetic front-of-house team. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional beverage experiences at one of Brisbane’s most exciting venues. You’ll work closely with our Bar Manager and hospitality leaders to bring creativity, flair, and service excellence behind the bar.

Your role will involve crafting premium cocktails, engaging with guests, and being a memorable part of their night.

Your Role
As a Casual Cocktail Bartender at Byblos, you’ll be an integral part of our bar operations, contributing to memorable guest experiences and a lively atmosphere. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving high-quality cocktails, beverages, and drinks.

• Delivering warm, engaging, and attentive service to all guests.

• Maintaining exceptional bar setup, cleanliness, and presentation.

• Assisting with stock control, ordering, and bar inventory management.

• Supporting the development and execution of creative cocktail offerings.

• Upholding responsible service of alcohol, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Collaborating across the team during functions, events, and peak service.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for bartenders who are confident, energetic, and passionate about drinks and hospitality. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Proven bartending experience in a busy bar, restaurant, or nightclub environment.

• Strong mixology skills and knowledge of contemporary and classic cocktails.

• Excellent communication and guest-facing skills.

• Ability to multitask, remain composed, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.

• Responsible service of alcohol (RSA) certification.

• A genuine passion for hospitality, creativity, and delivering remarkable guest moments.
