About the Role:

You’ll be responsible for creating an outstanding bar experience for our guests — from mixing classic cocktails to recommending wines and ensuring the bar runs smoothly during service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks to Bistro Mosman’s high standards

• Deliver warm, professional, and engaging service to every guest

• Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and stock control

• Work closely with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless guest experience

About You:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar bar or restaurant environment

• Excellent English speaking and communication skills

• Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and premium spirits

• Professional presentation and a positive, can-do attitude

• Current RSA certification
