Hello everyone,
We are urgently looking for a full-time Head Chef to join our hospitality venue of Vietnamese Cuisine in Augustine Heights, Queensland 4300
We currently operate week nights and all day on the weekends.
A year minimum into Vietnamese cuisine is a must have prior to your application.
Our wages starts at 80k p.a with bonuses aligned with your performance.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery
Chef Uniform or Restaurant Uniform with non-slip shoes
Ability to work on software, payroll, order systems and related technology
Ability to use kitchen equipment efficiently
Ability to foresee kitchen operation to allocate staff efficiently
Experience in Vietnamese cuisine and strong teamwork background
Interview required
Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
