Melbourne Seafood restaurant located in Collins Street next to the Regent Theatre is looking to employ a chef/cook who is able to start immediately.
- Must be able to work weekends
- Thorough understanding of all sections of the kitchen
- Follow covid safety standards
- Be able to work in a team based environment.
- Ability to work at a fast pace during peak periods
- Maintain stock levels of your section and proactively work with the team to determine goods to be ordered in.
- Knowledge of Seafood is preferred
- Ability to work in the pans section
- Able to work Tuesday - Sunday
