Chef & bartender mixed position at Quarrymans Hotel

JOB DESCRIPTION

We have an unique chef / bartender position. Someone with extensive experience in kitchen who can jump in and whip up all our pub meals with ease and also wants a few shifts in FOH and become an ultimate all rounder!

You must have at least 3-4 years experience in similar kitchen roles i.e. pubs, small joints or restaurants. You are able to cook typical pub staples such as burgers, pizzas, shcnitzels, parmis, steaks and pasta. If you also have some experience working in bar or doing a bar back and want to bruch up your skills behind the bar, you could be a perfect candidate for this role.

You must have current NSW RSA and RCG to work in the bar (or willing to obtain one).

Great conversation skills, have positive attitude, polite, punctual, fast learning and have high hygiene standards are some "must have traits" to work in FOH.
