We are looking for two chefs to work with us to launch a new 'Field To Sea' pescatarian Mediterranean based concept at our established location in Cronulla. Position will start prior to opening and then continue on a fixed and ongoing basis with consistent hours and shifts to be made available.
Experience and a passion for menu design, taking charge/being a part of a 3-4 person kitchen team, implementation of systems, and experience in a range of cooking techniques is essential.
Pilgrims Vegetarian Cafe by day, The Pilgrimage (pescatarian) Restaurant by night offering elevated vegetarian and seafood cuisine.
We are looking to launch asap/by November 2026. Opening 4 nights Thursday to Sunday with shifts starting from 3.30pm and service starting from 5.30pm.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Experience working in a busy kitchen is essential including a range of cooking techniques and methods, systemisation and menu design.
