We’re seeking an experienced CDP that brings:

• At least 2-years in a CDP or Senior CDP role

• Experience in a professional, high-volume kitchen

• Highly organised and maintain order in the kitchen throughout services, setting services up for success

• Ability to work in a small kitchen with a small team

• A relentless passion and love for hospitality

• Experience with Mexican cuisine is highly advantageous
