The Flynn, a vibrant and popular venue in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced an Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for exceptional customer service, a strong knowledge of food, beverage, and gaming, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standards of customer service.

- Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional experiences.

- Confidently lead  the sports bar and bistro/restaurant on shift.

- Maintain a well-run gaming area, ensuring compliance and a fun, engaging environment.

- Handle opening and closing duties including financial reporting.

- Work flexible shifts, including days and nights, as required. Closed on Sundays!!

The Perfect Candidate:

- Proven experience in hospitality, with a focus on bar management or assistant management.

- Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and gaming operations.

- A friendly, customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.

- Ability to lead by example, motivating a team while managing operational tasks.

- Flexibility and a willingness to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.
