The Role
Riverbar & Kitchen is seeking experienced Casual Chefs to join our high-performing brigade. Working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen, you will be responsible for preparing quality ingredients, working across multiple sections, and delivering consistent, high-quality dishes each service, while maintaining a clean, organised kitchen and upholding HACCP standards.
We are specifically looking for chefs with strong pan and grill section experience, who can confidently manage these sections during busy service. Experience in quality casual dining venues or well-known gastro pubs, combined with the ability to perform under pressure in high-volume environments, will set you up for success.
