Cafe Manager

Start: 10 Aug, 2026 Where: Alexandria, NSW Type: Full time Pay: 70000-82000

JOB DESCRIPTION

At Café 0.6, we believe people return for more than just good coffee. They come back because they feel welcomed, remembered and looked after.

We're looking for a Café Manager who shares that mindset. Someone who leads by example, takes ownership of the café as if it were their own, and enjoys building a positive team culture.

This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll be leading service during busy periods, supporting and developing the team, maintaining high standards, managing stock and rostering, and working closely with the owner to continually improve the business.

As we continue to grow our catering and business operations, we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us. We value initiative, fresh ideas and people who genuinely enjoy finding better ways to do things.

If you're someone who loves hospitality, takes pride in creating memorable customer experiences, and is looking for a long-term opportunity where your contribution will genuinely make a difference, we'd love to meet you.

What you'll get

  • A café where your ideas actually matter.
  • A team that supports each other.
  • Good coffee.
  • Good food.
  • Real opportunity to grow as the business grows.
  • And the chance to help shape what Café 0.6 becomes over the next few years.

We're looking for someone for the long term.

If you're simply looking for your next job, this probably isn't it. If you're looking for a café you can genuinely help build, we'd love to hear from you.

Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred. Unfortunately we're not considering Student or Working Holiday Visa applicants for this role.
