New venue in Newtown is seeking a range of managers to help take on this beast of a cocktail bar. We have 4 spaces, 3 bars, 2 concepts and 1 awesome team. Looking for people with well-rounded experience; well-versed in cocktails, understanding of wine, but most importantly, humble and attentive.
You will be working closely with the owners who have a breadth of experience and will support you all the way. We are still building the venus so there is an opportunity to make your mark and bring your ideas to life.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
