Join our dynamic team at the restaurant as a Bartender! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee bar operations, ensuring efficient service and a vibrant atmosphere.
  • Maintain inventory, manage stock levels, and implement cost control measures.
  • Engage with guests, providing expert recommendations and creating a welcoming ambiance.
  • Must have full working rights in Australia 
  • Great Knowledge in cocktails, wines, beers will be advantage
  • Can do attitude with willingness to learn

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bartender.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft beer trends.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage a fast-paced bar.
  • RSA
  • Available to workdays / nights / weekends, rotating roster
