JOB DESCRIPTION

The Sussex Hotel is on the hunt for experienced bartenders to join the team.

The Sussex is located in the heart of Barangaroo, about 2 minute walk from Wynyard Station so very easy to get to on public transport by both train and bus.

Ideal candidates hold both RSA & RCG competancy.

Customer service is paramount.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

RSA required
Wine, beer and cocktail knowleged ideal but not essential
The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts over a rotating roster
