About The Reserve Wine Bar
The ultimate destination for wine enthusiasts and connoisseurs. Located on the lobby level, The Reserve Wine Bar not only offers an exquisite selection of wines but also serves as the home of our online wine store, The Reserve Cellar.
With an extensive collection of over 3,000 bottles - from classic vintages to hidden gems.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide the highest level of service in all guest interactions, in line with Emporium's Service Promises
Enter orders accurately into the Point of Sale (POS) system
Deliver food and beverages promptly to guests - ensuring orders are correct when collected from the kitchen or bar
Maintain clean and tidy tables, service areas, and floors in accordance with procedures
Prepare and mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
Take guest orders while maximising sales opportunities through strong product knowledge
Ensure hygienic food and beverage service practices are followed at all times
Embody an ownership mindset by taking responsibility of your assigned section and station during service
Maintain current RSA certification and adhering to responsible service principles
Perform opening and closing duties, as required
Create enriching experiences for our guests by ensuring they are welcomed and served in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

The ability to work a rotating roster over 7-days including nights
A current RSA and eligibility to work in Australia.
