The Role: 

Frank Mac’s is a heritage, Irish-owned vintage cocktail bar in the heart of The Rocks, Sydney.

We are looking for experienced bartenders and strong floor staff to join the Frank Mac’s team.

We are on the lookout for people with experience in a similar venue, who thrives in a fast-paced, quality driven environment.

This role is ideal for people who are passionate about cocktails, hospitality, guest experience and Irish culture.

What we are looking for: 

We are looking for people who are confident in a busy service environment and comfortable working at pace.

For bartenders, great cocktail skills and experience pouring Guinness to a high standard.

High-volume beer service experience is highly regarded.

Full time availability across evenings and weekends.

Good attitude, reliability and a strong work ethic.
