Join the team at Studio Amaro.

We're looking for an experienced cocktail bartender to join our front-of-house team on a permanent part-time basis (20–30 hours per week).

Located in the heart of Chapel Street, Studio Amaro is a large-scale restaurant and late-night bar. We operate lunch and dinner service seven days a week, host regular private functions and events, and our downstairs vinyl & DJ bar brings a vibrant late-night atmosphere every weekend.

What you'll bring

• At least 2 years' experience working as a cocktail bartender in a busy venue.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence behind the bar.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• A positive, team-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
• The ability to stay calm, organised and efficient during busy service.
• Pride in maintaining a clean, well-organised workspace.
• Initiative, adaptability and confidence solving problems on the floor.
• A desire to learn, develop your skills and grow within the venue.
