JOB DESCRIPTION

Sitting over the edge of the Mooloolah River, The Dock is the epitome of a casual approach to quality. Talented hospitality professionals lead our team, and our focus is always on friendly but professional service of the highest quality. 

We boast one of the biggest selections of tap beers on the Sunshine Coast, with 52 taps across our 3 bars pouring 16 different Aussie Craft Beers. And it doesn’t stop there; our fridge is packed with more varieties, cider options, and a carefully curated wine list to suit all tastes and budgets. We also offer an ever-changing cocktail menu inspired by the classics (with a delicious Dock twist) and some creative signatures.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (bartender/cocktail bartender).
  • Excellent customer service levels.
  • QLD RSA
  • Experience with a high-volume venue.
  • Know your classics and be interested in learning more about wine and beers. 
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • Keen to work at a multicultural workplace.
  • Ability to teach, share and show, elevating your team with you.
