JOB DESCRIPTION

Melbourne Cup at the Osbourne Hotel!

One of our biggest events of the year - Celebrate the race that stops the nation in true Osbourne style. 

What to expect

  • A day of food stations, live entertainment, sweepstakes, a tipping comp, and fashions on the field.
  • Serving from an all-inclusive drinks package (Sparkling Wine, Spritz, Slushies, and more) from 11am-3pm, then general service afterwards.
  • Fast pace service.
  • Working along side a great team.

What to wear

  • Black pants & shoes - we'll provide the working shirt

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Cocktail Bartender
Food & Beverage Attendant

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (bartender/cocktail bartender).
  • Excellent customer service levels.
  • QLD RSA
  • Experience with a high-volume venue.
  • Know your classics & basics - cocktails, wines, beers, and spirits. 
  • Ability to lead by example.
  • Keen to work at a multicultural workplace.
