We are a Spanish Tapas Bar and Rooftop in the Melbourne CBD, and are looking for someone with a genuine love of hospitality, food and drink to step behind our Rooftop bar. We have a constantly evolving cocktail list using seasonal ingredients (which you would help with prep for), an extensive wine list with a focus on Australia and Spain, solid craft beer selection and rather a large back bar, so there is plenty to play with and creativity is encouraged. We also do food and have a restaurant on the ground floor so being comfortable on the floor is a plus too. 

More than anything we are looking for a good host - someone who wants guests to have a great time and will do everything in their power to make that happen! Shifts can vary from quiet Mondays with lots of prep, cleaning, and chatting to guests, to pumping Saturdays with 3 back to back functions and hundreds of cocktail dockets - we need someone who will keep a smile on their face through it all.

Bar experience is preferred but training can be provided for anyone who has a general understanding of hospitality and common sense!
