JOB DESCRIPTION

The Ghanem Group are recognised for their exceptional service, hospitality and ability to create unforgettable dining and bar experiences in cutting edge designed venues. Ghanem Group own a number of award winning venues in Brisbane and Melbourne, including our Lebanese and Mediterranean inspired Restaurant and Bar, Byblos, located at Portside on the Brisbane River.

We are looking for a deticated bartender whom wants to progress within hospitality to join our team. 

Reporting to the Venue Manager and Bar Manager, Bar Staff will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Greeting guests
  • Providing an excellent guest experience 
  • Mixing and serving drinks
  • Making cocktails
  • Pouring wine and beer
  • Having an extensive product knowledge
  • Providing excellent service
  • Cleaning and restocking the bar
  • Be a team player with a positive attitude

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bar Attendant

REQUIREMENTS

- RSA Certificate 

- Minimum 1 Years Experience
