Penelope Bistro is looking for an experienced and passionate Cocktail Bartender to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who loves hospitality, knows their cocktails and can deliver exceptional service in a busy, high-energy environment. If you’re confident behind the bar, enjoy creating great guest experiences and take pride in your craft, we’d love to hear from you.

The Role

As a Cocktail Bartender, you’ll be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality drinks while providing warm, professional service to our guests.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving cocktails to a high standard
• Maintaining strong knowledge of our cocktail and beverage menus
• Delivering friendly, engaging and efficient service
• Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar
• Completing bar setup and close-down procedures
• Managing busy service periods with confidence and composure
• Following RSA and responsible service requirements

• Has strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails
• Is confident working in a high-volume environment
• Has excellent presentation and attention to detail
• Is energetic, personable and genuinely enjoys hospitality
• Works well as part of a team
• Is reliable, professional and punctual
• Holds a current RSA
• Has good availability across evenings and weekends
