We’re currently looking for an experienced barista to join our team at our Albert Park venue.
We’re an independent hospitality group with 2 café venues across Albert Park (Leaps and Bounds) and Elwood (Arlo), with opportunities for growth and additional hours available across both locations for the right applicant.
Leaps and Bounds is a high-volume café, currently doing roughly 60kg of coffee per week, so we’re looking for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and quality.

Flexible hours are available and the venue is easily accessible via public transport, with accessible parking nearby as well.
