Danes Coffee Roasters is looking for an experienced barista to join us for a 3-week role at our Brookvale roastery.

You’ll be working primarily in the Danes coffee van at the front of our roastery, serving our regular local customers and producing consistently high-quality coffee.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid specialty coffee/barista experience
• Is confident with dialling in, espresso recipes and milk texturing
• Can work efficiently and independently
• Is reliable, friendly and comfortable working with regular customers
• Ideally lives locally on the Northern Beaches

For someone interested in learning more about coffee, there is also the opportunity for exposure to our roasting and warehouse teams, plus additional barista training to further build your coffee knowledge.

While this is initially a 3-week role, there may also be future casual or other opportunities with Danes for the right person.

We’re looking for an experienced barista who’s excited to broaden their skills across the coffee industry. This is a 3-week opportunity initially. 

You will work primarily as a barista at our onsite Danes coffee van, while also supporting our roastery operations — assisting with coffee production, packaging, and warehouse tasks.

• Minimum of 1-2 years barista experience
• Available for all shifts across the 3 week role
