Three Little Birds in Kangaroo Point is looking for an experienced Barista to join our team.

We’re a busy café with a strong focus on great coffee, friendly service and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the coffee machine, can work efficiently during busy periods and takes pride in producing consistently great coffee.

The role includes making and serving coffee and other beverages, taking customer orders, maintaining a clean and organised coffee station, restocking, providing excellent customer service and assisting with general café duties when needed.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, well presented and works well as part of a team. You’ll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and willing to jump in and help wherever required.

Weekend and early morning availability is essential.

We have a great team and are looking for someone who wants to become a valued part of it.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a barista in a busy café environment
• Confident producing high-quality coffee consistently and at speed
• Strong milk texturing and latte art skills
• Ability to dial in and adjust the grinder when required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual and well presented
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
• Comfortable assisting with general café duties when required
• Must be available for early morning and weekend shifts
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential
