JOB DESCRIPTION

The traditional sports bar, bonanza lounge, bottle shop, function facilities and outdoor courtyard make Riverwood Hotel a great all-round venue to visit and spend time with friends and family.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid RSA and RCG certificates
Must have ARCG qualification or willing to complete
Rights to work in Australia
Must be flexible with availabilities able to work a range of shifts varying from 10am - 4am
Excellent communication skills
Able to work efficiently in a collaborative environment
Provide patrons with exceptional customer service
Maintain a general cleanliness of the gaming room, bar and facilities
Attend to service calls
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Interview required

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
