Bondi Liquor Co is looking for a Bar Supervisor to run our small tasting room and cocktail bar in Darlinghurst. Great opportunity to help grow a new venue and have control over the drinks list and really out your mark on it. Will also help drive and manage functions as well as day to day operations
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

Bondi Liquor Co is an artisan distillery and bar bor in Bondi and now based in Darlinghurst. Our production distillery is based onsite allowing a unique experience for customers to come to the bar and restaurant and see where all our products are made. The bar and restaurant is a casual place to enjoy a range of cocktails and experiences along with a full service menu.
