JOB DESCRIPTION

Hi there! 

Studio Amaro is on the hunt for an enthusiastic, approachable, well experienced and product knowledge based senior bartender! The venue is located in the heart of Chapel Street and is the flagship restaurant for Commune Group, one of Melbourne's most renown hospitality groups. 

Studio Amaro is a bustling, busy, late night venue who pump Modern Italian dishes alongside classic and Italian inpired cocktails. As a venue, we prioritise:

The right person for the role is: 

  • Committed and Reliable 
  • Keen on growing / promoting within a larger hospitality company 
  • Is highly focused on and committed to strong product knowledge and guest experience
  • Has atleast 1yr+ experience Bar Supervising 
  • Has atleast 2yrs Cocktail Bartending 
  • Is ready for a new challenge and be part of a close knit team 

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bar Supervisor

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

- At least 1year Bar Supervising

- At least 2yrs Bartending

Induction/onboarding required prior to starting role
