We are looking for a permanent Bar Supervisor to become part of our great team. The successful person will have proven and practical hospitality skills, be able to demonstrate strong leadership and people management capabilities as well as extensive hospitality experience.

Reporting to the Hotel and Assistant Hotel Manager, the role requires a reliable, self-motivated person that maintains a positive and enthusiastic approach in everything they do. You will be able to interact with our guests and other staff members.

We would prefer the applicant to have:

• Current experience in the hospitality industry.

• Supervisor experience in fast paced, busy environment.

• Have excellent interpersonal and good communication skills.

• Be honest and reliable with a positive and enthusiastic approach to customer service.

• Be able to multitask with an ability to manage competing demands and work well under pressure; time management is essential.

• Have a current RSA & RSG.

• Current RMLV and Approved Manager preferred or ability to acquire.

• Have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Be able to give and take direction.

• Be able to work on a flexible roster which includes weekends and nights over 7 days and public holidays.
