Byblos Bar in Docklands is one of the flagship Ghanem Group venues.
We're looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender or Bar Supervisor who is looking to take the next step in their career.
The supervisor role will be responisbile for, but not limited to, ordering stock, supporting staff training, leading the team during service, delgating prep and batching tasks, and supporting the senior leadership team with administrative tasks like stocktake, rosters, etc.,
This role has the potential to develop into a management role for the right candidate toward the end of the year.
Our current leadership team, who are highly experienced in bars, are reimagining this iconic waterfront venue to draw a more sopisicated drinking crowd, and you will be a key player in this.
With this role, we are looking for the right personality, not just experience.
Byblos has exciting things to come in 2027, which would be a milestone in any young bartenders career.
