Bar Tenders/ Supervisors – Byblos Melbourne

Byblos Bar in Docklands is one of the flagship Ghanem Group venues.

We're looking for experienced Cocktail Bartenders or Bar Supervisors who are looking to take the next step in their career.

Suitable Bar Supervisors who prove themselves may be moved into a Management position toward the end of the year.

About the Role:

• You’ll be responsible for working in a tight team of bartenders who pride themselves on efficiency, quality, and warm service.

• You'll take orders, serve drinks, make recommendations, and ensure a seamless experience.

• You’ll be part of a close-knit, supportive team that values professionalism but also knows how to have fun.

• You’ll work closely our front of house and leadership teams to ensure we nail every guest experience consistently. 

• You'll work shifts that offer flexibility and balance –  with public transport right at our doorstep for easy commuting.

• We pay in line with award wages, ensuring fair compensation for your work and experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, confidently managing busy service and the flexibility to step in and out of bar support roles when needed. 

• Ability to build strong rapport with guests and teammates — we’re known for our welcoming, vibrant atmosphere.

• Comfortable with prep, stock rotation, and high volume dispense service — cocktail creation is a bonus, however, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

• A positive attitude, great energy, and a commitment to creating memorable hospitality experiences.
