Tapavino is a buzzy and busy Spanish wine bar near Circular Quay. Establish in 2012 and previous winner of the best bar awards, we are now on the look out for a gun bar person that can not only dispense drinks but take food orders at the bar. Having a bit of personality helps, as it's not only service that counts, but in hospitality towards to dine at the bar and our regulars
Not knowing about Spanish wine won't count against your application, however, most wines are with cork, so it's mandatory to know how to open a bottle of wine, and know if it's corked or not.
Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
2 years minimum working in a busy restaurant or bar
Little or no knowledge of Spanish wine will not count against you.
