Bar Staff – General Duties
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Maintain cleanliness of bar area and equipment
Check ID and ensure responsible service of alcohol (RSA compliance)
Process payments and operate POS system
Restock bar, fridges, and glassware
Monitor patron behaviour and report issues to management
Wait Staff – General Duties
Greet and seat customers
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
Provide menu knowledge and upsell where appropriate
Clear tables and maintain dining area cleanliness
Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor complaints
Gaming Attendants – General Duties
Monitor gaming machines and patron activity
Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and venue policies
Provide customer assistance with machines and payouts
Perform minor machine maintenance (e.g., refilling ticket paper)
Process winnings and maintain accurate records
Identify and respond to responsible gambling concerns
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
