As Bar Manager, you will oversee the seamless operation of Le Foote's two bars. Working in partnership with Swillhouse Cocktail and Drinks Creative Director Lello Arzedi on developing a beautiful, seasonal beverage offering.
This role requires someone with a true passion for growing and leading a team, with a focus on their performance, development and wellbeing. Someone who walks the talk, leads from the front and holds themselves to the same standards they uphold in others.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional guest experiences
Managing stock control and ordering
Leading and mentoring a team of bartenders
Training staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations

Proven bar supervising experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
A strong understanding of bar systems
A passion for creating memorable experiences
