Bar Manager - Full Time

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager or Bar Superviser who have the passion and ability to lead the bar team in providing a superior guest experience.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

• Stock ordering, inventory management and stock taking
• Beverage menu creation, costing, training and overall execution
• Team management, including rostering and on shift management
• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
• Working collaborately with the Restaurant Manager and front of house team to ensure guest experience is exceptional

Bartender - Casual

We are also seeking an experienced Bartender with a passion for the industry and a thirst for creative input.

Reporting to the Bar Manager, the role will consist of duties such as:

• Opening/Closing of the bar, including daily duties such as ingredient preparation and cocktail batching.
• Working across a variety of shift types - days, nights, restaurant bar service and function bar service.
• Greeting and hosting guests, taking orders and delivering food and beverage.
• Product recommendations and upselling.

Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience in a similar role and environment, coupled with the following skills and attributes:

Bar Manager - 

• Previous Food & Beverage experience, 6 months or more in a Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager Role
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Active listening and effective communication
• Excellent presentation and hygiene
• Hands-on experience with cash handling and ordering information system
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of food health and safety handling
• A love for training and leading people
• Strong foundational knowledge of Beer, Wine, Spirits and Cocktails.

Please keep in mind that this role will operate in shifts which will include late nights, weekends and holidays.

Bartender -

• Previous Food & Beverage experience, 6 months or more in a cocktail bartending/restaurant bartending role
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Active listening and effective communication
• Excellent presentation and hygiene
• Thrive in a team environment
