What You'll Do

• Coach, develop and support team members to deliver outstanding hospitality
• Support venue administration, cash management and daily reporting
• Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and workplace safety requirements
• Work across food, beverage and entertainment operations to deliver seamless guest experiences
• Work a rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays

About the Role

As Assistant Manager, you'll work closely with the Venue Manager to help lead daily operations across multiple hospitality spaces while delivering exceptional guest experiences and building a positive team culture in one of Brisbane's busiest hospitality destinations.

The Prince Consort is one of Brisbane's most dynamic entertainment venues: a multi-space operation in Fortitude Valley that runs everything from live bands and international DJs to an acclaimed bistro and late-night bars. What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in a pub, hotel, club or similar high-volume hospitality venue
• Confidence leading busy shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage and premium guest experiences
• Experience with venue administration, cash management and reporting
• The ability to build positive team cultures where people feel supported and enjoy coming to work
• Current RSA, RMLV and Approved Manager Licence (or willingness to obtain)
