About the role
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll be part of the leadership team responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead from the floor, take ownership of shifts, and set the standard across a busy, multi-outlet venue.
What you’ll be doing
Support and develop team members across food, beverage, gaming, functions and sports bar operations
Maintain high standards across venue presentation, service and compliance
Manage cash handling, daily reporting and reconciliation
Work with the Venue Manager to improve performance and strengthen team culture
What we’re looking for
Genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience
Hands-on leader who is confident running shifts from the floor
Ability to coach, develop and lift team performance
Strong understanding of multi-department venue operations
Current RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain)
Availability to work rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
