About the role

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you’ll be part of the leadership team responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead from the floor, take ownership of shifts, and set the standard across a busy, multi-outlet venue.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support and develop team members across food, beverage, gaming, functions and sports bar operations

  • Maintain high standards across venue presentation, service and compliance

  • Manage cash handling, daily reporting and reconciliation

  • Work with the Venue Manager to improve performance and strengthen team culture

What we’re looking for

  • Genuine passion for hospitality and customer experience

  • Hands-on leader who is confident running shifts from the floor

  • Ability to coach, develop and lift team performance

  • Strong understanding of multi-department venue operations

  • Current RSA, RCG & ARCG (or willingness to obtain)

  • Availability to work rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
