All-Rounder - Part Time

We make Sydney's best Nashville hot chicken. We're loud, we're fast, and we don't do boring. If you've got energy, you're keen to learn, and you can handle a bit of heat (literally) - we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
This isn't a "stand at the till and zone out" kind of gig. You'll rotate across stations and learn every part of the kitchen:

→ Breading & frying - super milk, breading, fryer. You'll learn the system and nail it.
→ Seasoning - Nashville, Hot, or Reaper. You'll learn our heat levels and how to apply them consistently.
→ Assembly - sandos, combos, snack packs. Speed + presentation. Every order should look Instagram-worthy.
→ Front of house - taking orders, working the POS, looking after customers, and knowing our Spice Club loyalty program inside out.

We'll train you on ALL of it. We've got a proper training program - not just "shadow someone and figure it out." You'll learn station by station with a clear pathway.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
→ Available for at least 3 shifts per week (incl. weekends)
→ You move fast and stay calm when it gets busy
→ You actually care about doing things properly - not cutting corners
→ You're reliable. You show up on time. Every time.
→ No experience needed - attitude matters more. We'll teach you the rest.
