JOB DESCRIPTION

Mr McCracken is a popular local bar and restaurant in Essendon Fields. It is a well established and large venue with a beautiful fit out. We are looking for an experienced all-rounder who enjoys being part of a fun and enthusiastic team. This person will need to be capable of serving tables and communicating with customers and colleagues in a professional yet friendly manner. Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position
  • The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
  • Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
  • A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
  • Bar staff must have decent cocktail knowledge and experience.
  • Ability to make a cracking coffee desired
  • Excellent knowlegde of wines, beers and spirits a must
  • Sequence of service and food dietary knowledge required for floor staff.
